Seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. Must have first chair experience taking depositions, and handling motion hearings. Trial experience a plus. The position requires excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Benefits include health insurance and IRA matching.

Seeking 2L for summer law clerk. Must have professional demeanor, excellent research and writing skills, and be in the top 25% of the class. Full-time or part-time available starting May 14, 2018 at $15/hr.

Legal Assistant
Seeking a legal assistant with excellent computer, organizational and communication skills as well as great people skills and be presentable to meet with clients in/out of the office.
Duties will include:
  • e-filing
  • scheduling depositions, mediations, hearings, meetings, etc.
  • drafting deposition notices and scheduling court reporter and videographer
  • preparing correspondence
  • preparing initial drafts of pleadings, discovery, deposition by written questions requests
  • calendaring deadlines, trial settings, hearings, and reminders
  • preparing notebooks/folders for hearings, trials, etc. and
  • Needles software knowledge is a plus!

Paralegal

Seeking a litigation paralegal with extensive experience working in person injury litigation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, orders, discovery responses, correspondence e-filing, and deposition notebooks, in addition to summarizing depositions, summarizing health records, creating PowerPoint presentations, and assisting with trial preparation. Will utilize case management software (Needles) to document case history and status.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate
• Strong analytical skills
• Power user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Needles Case Management software a plus
• Organized
• Ability to work well under pressure

Education and Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in personal injury law
• Paralegal certificate or college degree
