“Texas teen awarded $11.5M after suffering brain injury from fall at trampoline park” — New York Daily News
The New York Daily News spoke to Tom Crosley about the $11.5 million verdict that Crosley secured on behalf of Max Menchaca, a Houston teen who suffered severe injuries at a trampoline park when he fell through a tear in the trampoline fabric.
Crosley successfully argued that the facility was liable for Menchaca’s injuries because employees at the park knew about the torn trampoline but failed to warn customers or fix it. The verdict is believed to be the largest ever against a commercial trampoline park in the United States.
