Tom Crosley Featured in KENS5 Eyewitness News Segment on Wrongful Death Lawsuit

KENS5 Eyewitness News reported on the senseless and tragic death of Robert “Bobby” Cornish, who was killed as a result of a collision on Loop 410 in San Antonio. The teenage driver who struck him was distracted, and the Cornish family is working with Tom Crosley to file a wrongful death lawsuit.

“What we are hoping to do through filing this lawsuit is send a message… to all drivers on our roadways,” said Crosley, “that [distracted driving] “is the most important public safety threat to motorists.”
