“Defenders investigation: Upselling dental procedures” — KVUE-TV
Tom Crosley spoke with KVUE-TV in Austin about his work representing more than 250 children throughout the San Antonio Area who received unnecessary or sub-standard dental work, often under conditions that caused unnecessary pain and suffering. Dentists performed these unethical procedures on the children simply so they could bill for more services. In 2014, the case concluded when a district court in Texas granted approval for an undisclosed settlement amount for the young victims.
