Tom Crosley of Crosley Law Firm will be presenting at the Advanced Personal Injury Law Course 2016 from September 14 to 16 at the Westin Oaks Hotel in Houston. His presentation will focus on traumatic brain injuries and is titled ā€œLitigating Traumatic Brain Injury Cases: An Overview.ā€ He previously delivered this presentation on July 27 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio and on July 6 at the CityPlace Events Center in Dallas to great reviews.

Mr. Crosley has been delivering presentations for the state bar consistently since 1998 and will be speaking at 11:15 AM on Wednesday, September 14. He has significant experience handling cases related to traumatic brain injury and obtained the largest victory ever in the United States against an indoor trampoline park ($11,485,000) earlier this year.

About Mr. Crosley

Mr. Crosley earned his bachelorā€™s degree from the University of Texas in 1998 and his law degree from the University of Houston in 1992. That same year, he was admitted to bar in the state of Texas. Having served as lead trial counsel in over 50 injury trials, Mr. Crosley is an accomplished courtroom attorney who has obtained more than $60 million in trial verdicts on behalf of his clients. He has obtained three of the highest personal injury verdicts of the year in Texas:

  • 2006: $28 million in Souza v. Cooper
  • 2010: $16,028,324 in Mulder v. Venture Transport and Wills
  • 2016: $11,485,000 jury verdict in Menchaca v. NTE I Houston LLC dba Cosmic Jump (the largest injury verdict in the United States against an indoor trampoline park)
