

Kristina Bunting Dimas is Crosley Law Firm’s Litigation Paralegal Manager. She manages the firm’s litigation paralegal team and oversees the handling of cases from the filing of a lawsuit through resolution, including trial. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys to strategically develop cases, meet deadlines, and support litigation through discovery management, expert coordination, and trial preparation.
As Litigation Paralegal Manager, Mrs. Dimas is responsible for supervising and mentoring litigation paralegals, maintaining consistency and quality across the firm’s litigation practices, and serving as a key resource for complex procedural, organizational, and case management issues. Her work is integral to ensuring that cases are thoroughly prepared for mediation, settlement, or trial, and that attorneys are positioned for the strongest possible outcomes for the firm’s clients.
Mrs. Dimas has worked as a paralegal for 20 years, with more than 15 of those years dedicated to personal injury litigation.
Born and raised in Michigan, Mrs. Dimas relocated to Florida where she completed high school, earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, and began her legal career. She relocated to San Antonio in 2014, where she has continued to build her career in personal injury litigation.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Dimas has supported high-value and catastrophic injury cases, including serious motor vehicle collisions, trucking cases, wrongful death claims, and other complex litigation matters. She is widely respected for her deep understanding of litigation procedure, her exceptional attention to detail, and her ability to manage demanding caseloads while keeping cases organized, compliant, and trial ready.
